Wednesday Evening Sitting Meditation 5:30 - 7:00 PM

    We’ve decided to start sitting together again as a Sangha and we invite you to join us in person or by zoom. We’ll sit at least 6 feet apart and practice good Covid safety.  

    The session will also include walking meditation. The evening often features a brief reading from various teachers. You do not need to present for the entire session and are welcome to come for as much of the session as your schedule allows. The center provides a variety of cushions and meditation benches as well as chairs.

    Be mindful of safe Covid-19 guidelines.  Participants are limited to 10, wear a mask while you are in the building, and practice 6' distancing.
