Enter the path of with QIGONG 1&2!

Qigong is a centuries-old art that integrates movement, breath and intention in order to develop internal energy -
bringing you reduced stress, greater strength, flexibility, immunity — and a host of other benefits!

Don’t miss this opportunity to train in two qigong lineages - one ancient, one modern - that were only recently
brought to the West, by Taoist lineage holder, author and scholar Dr. Eva Wong.

This 2-day training provides you with an introduction to both lineages and includes talks, Taoist lore, detailed instruction in standing, sitting and sleeping qigong, calisthenics, self-massage — and ample opportunities for practice. No prerequisites. 1/2 price for those repeating this program.

Space is limited, so registering early is advised.

Kate Summers is a Shambhalian who has studied qigong with Eva Wong for over 10 years. She is one of a small number of Dr. Wong's students who has been authorized by to teach these levels. Kate has a martial arts background and is a Buddhist chaplain at the LA County women’s jail. Please email her directly with any questions about this program at [email protected].
