Room: Meditation Hall

Having experienced Basic Goodness and the power of meditation to enrich our lives … what's next?  How might we go further in dealing with the stress and demands in daily life that sometimes obscure who we really are?

By learning to work with anxiety, we are no longer hindered by fear. Through an exploration of the Buddhist teachings of mind and the nature of reality, we learn to see clearly. We dare to face life and death as they are. The meditator, open to uncertainty, goes beyond the emotions of hope and fear to experience equanimity.

This class is open to all who have fully participated in and completed any of the following programs:  Shambhala Training Level II OR Joy in Everyday Life OR Contentment in Everyday Life.

Generosity Policy

In order to make our programs accessible to everyone, we have a “pay what you can afford” policy. If the program price is an obstacle for you, please decide what works and offer whatever you can.

For those who can give more, we invite you to do so in order to cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price.
