    Room: Meditation Hall

Join us on the actual day of Shambhala Day  for the Sadhana of Mahamudra.  We'll also be gathering the following weekend for the Community Celebration of Shambhala Day.

Sadhana, literally "a means of accomplishment," is a spiritual practice that allows us to experience ourselves and the world beyond the narrow confines of ego's cocoon.  The Sadhana of Mahamudra: Which Quells the Mighty Warring of the Three Lords of Materialism and Brings Realization of the Ocean of Siddhas of the Practice Lineage was written by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche.  This practice is offered quarterly at the Shambhala Center, at the time of the new moon, for all who wish to participate.  The Sadhana consists of brief silent meditation, chanting, and mantra recitation. Everyone is welcome to join us.
